Do you store my content?

If you choose to scan against the internal database, your content will be securely stored so that future scans can compare against it.

You can request permanent removal of any previously submitted content from the database at any time - just contact our support team at support@scanmyessay.com. There is no charge for this service.

Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving a confirmation from one of our team members for your content to be deleted.

When you make this request, all of your content will be removed from the internal database - there is no need to identify individual documents.
