Can I get a refund?
Of course! We're happy to refund unused full credit bundles if you no longer need them. Just contact our support team to request a refund.
Are my scans confidential?
Yes, completely. Your scanned documents are private, confidential, and never shared or published online. If you do choose to (optionally) scan against our repository, your work will be added only for the purpose of allowing other students to scan against it. They cannot see the full document. However, you CAN contact us and ask us to delete it at any time.
