The sensitivity setting lets you decide how thoroughly Viper checks your document for matching text.
- High sensitivity - identifies even the smallest similarities between your document and other sources. This option is the most detailed but may take slightly longer to complete.
- Medium sensitivity - the recommended setting, offering a good balance between accuracy and speed.
- Low sensitivity - runs faster and highlights only the most significant matches found in your text.
To change your scan sensitivity, go to SCAN and select your choice of sensitivity before starting your scan.
Choosing a higher sensitivity can be useful for detailed checks, while a lower sensitivity is ideal when you want quicker results or only need to review the main areas of overlap. There is no difference in cost.
