My document is queued in Viper. What does this mean?

Viper is normally very fast, and it should take no more than a couple of minutes to check your document. On rare occasions, you may see that your document is taking a little longer to scan. This happens when we’re scanning a large number of documents at the same time, so the scanning rate is automatically reduced to ensure all scans are completed accurately. If this happens, you will see a message to inform you of the delay.
If your document is queued, please check back a little later. Your scan will automatically complete once the queue is cleared, and you don’t need to re-upload or spend any extra credits. You can also message our support team if you have any concerns; you can do this by the selecting the ‘submit a request’ button below.
